Roles and Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Guide the design vision for all digital and print deliverables, maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.

Project Ownership: Lead creative brainstorming sessions and independently handle projects from concept to completion.

Brand Development: Innovate and maintain visual style guidelines to strengthen our brand identity.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

Team Mentorship: Support, mentor, and review work from junior designers to build a high-performing design team.

Multi-Format Design: Create standout graphics for social media, advertising. presentations, product packaging, and websites.

Feedback & Improvement: Proactively seek feedback and continuously refine design processes and assets.

Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or XD is a plus).

Experience:

4+ years of proven experience in graphic design or a similar creative position.

Exceptional sense of typography, color, layout, and visual composition.

Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
