- Spearhead the development of innovative and visually appealing designs for our digital marketing materials, including website banners, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, digital ads, and other visual assets, while ensuring brand consistency.
- Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create cutting-edge designs that captivate our target audience and communicate our marketing objectives effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, content writers, and web developers, to gather requirements, understand marketing goals, and translate them into visually compelling designs that resonate with our audience.
- Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that exceed project goals and deadlines.
- Drive the development and execution of strategic digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, and tactics to amplify brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify our target audience, market trends, and competitor activities, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and sales teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and drive tangible results.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using robust analytics tools, and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and continually improve outcomes.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years as a Graphic Designer and Digital Marketer, with an impressive portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital marketing materials.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant design tools.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Outstanding creativity and artistic skills, with an impeccable eye for detail and the ability to create visually captivating designs that strongly align with brand guidelines.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver exceptional work.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, present ideas compellingly, and provide constructive feedback.
