Conceptualization and design of creative assets for digital, print, branding, and social media. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity. Manage multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Review and provide constructive feedback on designs created. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually bring fresh ideas to the table. Ensure all visual outputs meet brand guidelines and high design standards. Present design concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and/or clients. developing templates, brand assets, and design systems for company-wide use.

Qualification & Experience :-

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in- house creative team. Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work across multiple platforms. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar tools). Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition. Strong attention to detail with a passion for design and innovation. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to revisions. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
