We're seeking a talented Senior Designer with 2-3 years of experience to create visually stunning campaigns and manage client projects.

Position: Senior Designer

Location:

Thane, Maharashtra (this is not a remote job)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and design impactful visual assets for a variety of D2C campaigns. Create captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives. Develop innovative design solutions for digital and print mediums, including social media content, web graphics, meta ads, and more. Translate creative briefs into stunning visual concepts that tell a compelling story and drive engagement. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the agency's work remains cutting-edge and effective. Communicate with clients and manage projects.

Requirements:

2-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting that works with D2C brands. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, premiere pro, etc.). A robust portfolio showcasing your design expertise, creative thinking, and ability to work across various mediums. Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to adapt designs to suit different brand aesthetics. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
