JD : Senior Graphic Design @ Fast Growing Apparel Brand - Powai - WFOPosition Overview :- As a Graphic Designer, you will help shape the visual narrative of our brand across digital channels. You are a digital native and creative by habit. You will play a key role in creating content that resonates with our audience, showcases our range of products, fosters community engagement, and enhances our brand presence.Key Responsibilities :Creative Leadership : Provide creative direction to the team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.Brand Visual Identity : Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all design elements, from marketing materials to product packaging.Quality Control : Set high standards for design, ensuring all the output meets the brand\'s aesthetic and quality benchmarks.Project Management : Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and the creative vision is executed with precision.Social Media Campaigns : Conceptualize and execute visually striking content in collaboration with marketing teams to amplify brand messages effectively.Video Reel Production : Lead the creation of engaging video reels, combining animation, graphics, and other visual elements to tell compelling stories and showcase our products dynamically.Photoshoot Direction : Conceptualise and art direct flatlays, descriptive videos, creative reels, lifestyle shoots with in-house and freelance professionals. Qualifications & Experience :- 3-5 years of experience as a digital-first graphic designer, with a strong portfolio in the D2C and/or kids\' apparel space.- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.- In-depth understanding of design principles, digital and social media trends, and best practices.- Ambition to upskill periodically.- Excellent time and project management abilities that help you meet deadlines.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively to team members.- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
