The role involves managing a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design across all platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX and graphic designers.- Foster a collaborative and creative work culture.- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.2. Design Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with business goals.- Oversee creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.- Ensure all designs are user-focused, high quality, and on-brand.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to align on goals.- Present design ideas and updates to leadership and stakeholders.- Maintain clear documentation of design systems and guidelines.4. User Experience Design- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent digital experiences.- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.5. Project & Quality Management- Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.- Allocate team resources effectively and track progress.- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand and quality standards.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (Master's preferred).- 8-12 years of design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping platforms.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
