Designation - Graphic Designer, Mumbai
SolarSquare wants to be the Home-Energy brand of future India - we help homes
switch to solar and move away from traditional electricity. We are a full-stack D2C
residential solar brand - designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financing
solar systems for home-owners across India.
Through our innovations and customer service we are raising the bar of the industry
and became India's fastest growing residential solar brand in 2 years.
What you will do
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as website graphics, blog
resources and videos, newspaper ads, social media creatives, illustrations, layouts,
infographics and presentations to create a strong visual identity for the company and
its products.
- Establish and maintain company design branding and guidelines, meet and exceed
defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency.
- Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images,
and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing
creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
- Expertise creating video content and delightful motion graphics.
- Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs throughout the development process,
refining and improving visuals as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related
discipline)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong visual design capability
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Preferable knowledge of Adobe After effects, Premier Pro and motion graphics skills
