What this job involves:

The Designer will require to design and develop materials to support business development, marketing initiatives and campaigns, high-end property marketing and leadership decks/pitches. Candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Strong working experience in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).

The candidate will work closely with the Design Manager and Global Stakeholders to support different business/service lines. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. We\'d like to meet you if you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

To apply you need to be:

• Uphold global brand standards while creating effective, dynamic, and well-thought-out presentations and design. Will need to have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animations and builds, as well as the ability to create easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and diagrams
• Proficient in using MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of designing tools Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign).
• Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
• You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously
• You have a team-oriented attitude and the ability to contribute to design- and functionality-related marketing decisions
• Production of PowerPoint presentation graphics and other corporate communications materials as per brand guidelines
• Quality and brand consistency are key elements along with timely delivery
• Operate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating Procedures
• Liaise with stakeholders and team members to deliver work that is timely, accurate and on brand
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience.
• Have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral
• Excellent communication skills, including clearly explaining design decisions in words and writing.
• Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
• Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage
