Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize Google Retail Search solutions to enhance user experience Implement and maintain Elastic Search capabilities to improve search accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Enterprise Search functionalities Analyze search data to drive improvements and ensure high quality results Lead the design and execution of scalable search architectures

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Proven experience in Google Retail Search and Elastic Search with a minimum of 5 years Preferred Qualifications Experience in implementing Enterprise Search solutions Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical skills and a track record of leveraging data for strategic improvements Prior experience in developing scalable search architectures Familiarity with retail industry trends and search technology advancements Good to have skills Flask Pandas Data Analysis Springboot Hibernate
