We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Google Ads Manager to lead and optimize our paid search initiatives. In this role, you will spearhead Google Ads campaigns, integrate insights from Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center, and drive ROI through advanced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and manage high-performance Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max, tailored to client objectives.
- Optimize ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROI, reduce CPC, and improve Quality Scores.
- Integrate and analyze data from Google Analytics to track user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Manage Google Merchant Center feeds, product listings, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless e-commerce ad performance.
- Conduct A/B testing, competitive analysis, and performance forecasting to refine SEM strategies and adapt to algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, SEO, and creative) to align paid search efforts with broader digital marketing goals.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversions), and recommendations using tools like Google Data Studio.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, Google policy changes, and emerging SEM technologies to innovate and maintain compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), with a strong focus on Google Ads.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (certification preferred), Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets and delivering measurable results in e-commerce or lead-gen campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Tag Manager, Excel, and scripting (e.g., Google Ads Scripts).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup, with occasional travel for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, and Shopping; Google Analytics Individual Qualification).
- Experience with additional platforms like Microsoft Advertising or Amazon Ads.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify) and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of SEO integration and multi-channel attribution modeling.
