Industry & Audience Expertise
Manage paid campaigns for
the services industry and small businesses.
Develop market-specific messaging and targeting strategies aligned with user intent.
Keyword, Targeting & Optimization
Conduct in-depth
keyword research
and intent mapping for US & UK audiences.
Build and refine
and proactively adjust:
Bids
Budgets
Geo-targeting
Time-zone and day-parting strategies
Execute
A/B testing
on:
Ad creatives
Landing pages
Bidding strategies
Tracking, Reporting & Insights
Set up and maintain
conversion tracking
using:
Google Ads
GA4 Analytics
Prepare regular performance reports with
clear insights and actionable recommendations
for leadership.
Stay up to date with
Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and paid media trends
in the US & UK markets.
Skills Required
Strong expertise in
keyword strategies for US & UK markets
Advanced
geo-targeting and time-zone optimization
Hands-on proficiency with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Keyword Planner
Experience with:
Remarketing strategies
Audience segmentation
Conversion tracking & attribution

Required Qualifications
Google Ads Certification
(Search & Display)
Proven experience with
YouTube Ads and Performance Max campaigns
Manage campaigns in limited budgets.
Solid understanding of

Experience Required
Minimum 7 years
of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
