JOB OVERVIEW
The Financial Systems Integration (FSI) team oversees our core financial systems (SAP, BW, OneStream), providing leadership on our month-end close and consolidation process and guiding the business and other key stakeholders on our financial systems, data and transactional processes.
As global data governance analyst, you will play a lead role in the full lifecycle of data elements that are core to financial processes and reporting (hierarchies, master data, transactional data structure and more). You will not only assist in the creation and maintenance of data, but also in the formation and execution of data-related policies, procedures and tools. You will partner with global process owners, key finance stakeholders and cross functional partners to ensure all data quality requirements are met and to continuously improve governance processes, with a strong focus on AI/automation. Critical success factors include the ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of partners, a continuous improvement mindset and an unwavering commitment to maintaining data integrity and reliability.
In this role, you will get exposure to the following experiences: own a significant functional process, govern and execute control activities, and provide leadership to global and cross-functional stakeholders. It will also allow you to develop & apply numerous capabilities including financial acumen, process excellence and governance expertise.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for maintaining integrity of our core enterprise and financial data elements
Serve as subject matter expert for key transformation projects and business enablement initiatives as needed
Establish and sustain data quality standards that achieve all regulatory requirements and critical business needs
Be a leader in identifying data maturity opportunities, monitoring data quality and continuously improving processes
Create and maintain thorough documentation of governance processes
Establish, sustain, and support relevant controls, including, but not limited to security access
Lead global education & training efforts across multiple stakeholder groups to influence effective and optimal use of data
