Job Title: AI-Driven Automation Developer

What You'll Do

Design and implement automated environments with centralized data repositories serving as systems of record.

Capture, , and track changes to business taxonomies and hierarchical structures.

Automate approvals and orchestrate workflows to ensure governance and compliance.

Enable real-time access to data for integration with enterprise platforms and architecture tools.

Build Python-based APIs and integration layers to connect data with core business systems.

Develop AI-driven agents to monitor changes, validate updates, and recommend optimizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, and Data Governance.

Create self-service tools for taxonomy updates and workflow tracking.

Operationalize solutions and ensure scalability across the organization.



What You Bring

5-7 years of Python development experience, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and API development.

Proficient in developing and integrating Azure Functions and Logic Apps to automate business processes

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building scalable data pipelines

Strong SQL skills for building and managing data repositories.

Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI for intelligent automation.

Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools and RESTful APIs.

Understanding of data modeling, taxonomy management, and enterprise architecture concepts.

Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.

Proven ability to use automation and analytics to create business value.



Preferred Skills

Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Experience with React, Windsurf, Cursor, & GitHub Copilot.

Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX).

Knowledge of approval automation frameworks and business process management (BPM) tools.

Web development experience for building self-service portals.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
