Artistic, creative, and able to express your ideas through sketches & models.
Conceptualizing and thinking out of the box with regard to new products.
Primary and secondary research of product and market trends.
Ability to execute, create technical drawings, reach out to vendors and prototype in a given timeline.
Problem-solving with regard to failed prototypes and improving processes.
liaise with craftsmen or production department staff about the process of construction or manufacture.
Organise plans and schedules with respect to the feasibility of product and material.
Requirements:
Candidate should be good at multitasking.
Proven working experience in retails.
Working knowledge of the market and consumer requirements and dynamics.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Good negotiation skills.
