Job description:
We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented professional to manage the
End-to-end accounting, operations, and compliance functions for Blume's Venture Fund. (https://blume.vc/) Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, and operations of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
Oversee banking operations and coordinate with fund accountants, trustees, custodians, and legal, tax & compliance partners. Prepare and present MIS reports covering fees, expenses, and sponsor workings.
Handle audits, valuations, and periodic investor reporting.
Execute fund distributions, including exit payouts, waterfall, and carry workings.
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (TDS, advance tax, portfolio exits, assessments).
Maintain adherence to PPM on accounting, tax, and reporting aspects.
Support investor relations on accounting, tax, and regulatory queries.
Prepare IRR, NAV, and SEBI benchmarking data; assess the impact of new circulars or regulations.
