We are seeking a

Senior Functional Consultant, SAP HCM,

to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and collaborate with UX and solution architecture teams to deliver tailored solutions.


You will also provide ongoing support and contribute to testing activities throughout the project lifecycle. If you have a strong background in SAP HCM and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Clarify clients' requirements to ensure solutions align with their needs Collaborate closely with user experience and solution architecture teams Provide ongoing support during project implementation Participate in testing activities to validate and improve solutions Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues Document business requirements and solution designs Coordinate with technical teams to align development efforts Support change management and user adoption processes Monitor project progress and communicate updates Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Extensive experience in SAP HCM with 6 to 11 years in functional consulting Proven ability to analyze and clarify business requirements Experience collaborating with UX and solution architecture teams Background in providing project support and participating in testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
