Technical Leadership and Execution

You will be the key technical resource, responsible for guiding multiple development projects from architectural design through to deployment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong general development skills and the ability to quickly master new technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Take full technical ownership of multiple concurrent development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Hands-On Development:

Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable applications across the full stack.

Mentorship and Guidance:

Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and establish best practices for testing, development, and deployment.

System Mastery:

Quickly acquire deep expertise in new and specialized frameworks, including an open-source ERP system and its associated framework (similar to Frappe/ERPNext), to manage and customize core business applications.

Future-Proofing:

Research and define the technology stack and initial architecture for future ventures in regulated sectors, such as healthcare software.

Process Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement in our development processes, tooling (CI/CD), and operational efficiency.
Core Skills & Qualifications We Seek

We prioritize proven technical agility, leadership, and a demonstrated ability to learn complex systems rapidly.

Experience:

5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role responsible for technical decisions.

Programming Mastery:

Deep expertise in at least one back-end language (e.g.,

Python, Node.js

) and a strong command of

JavaScript/TypeScript

and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).

Full-Stack Proficiency:

Proven ability to manage the entire application stack, including API design (REST/GraphQL) and database administration (SQL and NoSQL).

Architectural Competence:

Demonstrated experience designing and building scalable, microservice-oriented, or modular application architectures.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving:

A compelling track record of successfully mastering new frameworks, technologies, and complex business domains with minimal ramp-up time.

DevOps and Tooling:

Proficiency with Git, deployment pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Docker/containerization.

Leadership Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, a proactive approach to problem resolution, and a passion for uplifting team capabilities.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
