As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you\'ll be working on the Cloud backend and frontend aspects of one of the world\'s leading consumer smart home ecosystems. The WiZ ecosystem is expanding rapidly through new lights, accessories, OEM partners, and exciting new use-cases like pushing home automation a step further without requiring new hardware. Your role is to design, build, and deliver Cloud services and frontend applications that address the needs of not only our business and markets but, most importantly, our customers.

What you\'ll do:

• Showcase your exceptional experience with backend and frontend development to deliver endpoints that are user-friendly, robust, secure, and lightning-fast
• Utilize your expertise in Python, PHP, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript for full-stack development
• Engage with multiple teams (product, firmware, support, UI/UX, infra, etc.) to understand how to interface the parts you\'re working on with the rest of our ecosystem
• Maintain and extend our portfolio of integrations with third-parties (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, etc.)
• Identify areas of improvement, propose solutions, document plans, and drive their execution while adhering to programming standards and good coding practices

Your qualifications:

• 7-10 years of working experience in software development, focusing on full-stack development and REST APIs
• Proficient understanding of backend languages and technologies, such as Python, PHP, Node.js, and MySQL
• Strong experience in frontend technologies, including TypeScript and JavaScript
• In-depth experience with modern frontend frameworks, such as Vue.js and React.
• Solid knowledge of cloud computing (AWS), distributed processing, version-controlled development flows (Git, Git Flow, pull/merge requests, peer review), and automated integration and deployment concepts (CI/CD pipeline)
• Familiarity with backend development concepts (OAuth, ORM, microservices vs monoliths) and Security by Design development approach
• Knowledge of the manufacturing processes and network technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
