Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Full-Stack Python Developer

with strong expertise in the

Django framework

to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust backend systems and intuitive front-end interfaces for modern web applications. This role requires a developer who can work independently and collaboratively, translating business needs into functional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using

Python

and

Django Framework

. Build and consume

RESTful APIs

and integrate them with front-end components. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features and improvements. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing. Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years

of professional experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on

Python

. Extensive experience with Django Rest Framework. Solid understanding of

relational databases

(PostgreSQL, MySQL) Experience with

Git

and version control best practices. Knowledge of

Docker

, containerization, and basic DevOps workflows. Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodologies

and CI/CD pipelines.
