We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer - Laravel & React with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to lead the development and maintenance of robust web applications. You should be proficient in Laravel, React, and modern development tools, with a strong sense of ownership, code quality, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

Architect and develop scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP) for backend and React for frontend. Build and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth communication between client and server. Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, dynamic, and accessible front-end interfaces. Optimize application performance, ensure security standards, and conduct code refactoring as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases. Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold clean coding standards. Write and maintain thorough documentation, from technical specs to end-user guidelines. Use AI-assisted development tools for increasing coding efficiency and productivity. Manage tasks effectively, ensure timely delivery, and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments. Managing servers and server infrastructure. Maintaining a customer-centered attitude. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and specifications.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development with strong expertise in Laravel. Proficiency in React, with solid experience in building reusable components and SPA architecture. Experience with MySQL and database schema design and optimization. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Material UI. Hands-on experience in implementing authentication, authorization, and role-based access control in Laravel. Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance tuning. Proficient in Git and working in a collaborative development environment. Practical experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance profiling. Demonstrate a good sense of UI/UX design and user interaction. Understanding of security best practices, API protection, data validation, and error handling. Ability to use AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to enhance daily productivity. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn modern technologies and skills as needed by the project.

Nice-to-have experience:

Experience developing mobile apps using React Native. Exposure to Figma or Adobe XD for working with UI/UX prototypes. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
