How You'll Make an Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire development stack.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to define and implement software solutions aligned with business goals.

• Apply SAFe principles in daily development tasks, ensuring alignment with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.

• Develop and maintain APIs and integrate with third-party services. Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Trouble-shoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across environments.

• Ensure consistency to coding standards, security protocols, and best-practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and proficiency in back-end technologies including Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.

• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile development practices, with a preference for SAFe certifications such as SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Architect. .

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), with a preference for Azure.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, along with preferred experience in microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible, and a preferred understanding of modern authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) \About the Team
