We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Website Developer to lead the creation of our brand-new, cutting-edge, complex website from scratch.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Website Developer to design, develop, and deploy a comprehensive, interactive, and aesthetically pleasing website. This pivotal role involves building both the frontend and backend, ensuring seamless online booking, real-time tracking, robust customer self-service, and deep integration with our existing operational systems. You will be instrumental in delivering a high-performance, scalable, and secure platform.

Key Responsibilities:Front-End Development:

Develop highly interactive and user-centric interfaces for online booking, real-time tracking maps, and customer dashboards using Angular and associated technologies (RxJS, NgRx). Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across all devices. Ensure the technical feasibility and aesthetic integrity of complex UI/UX designs for a seamless customer journey. Optimize application for maximum speed, scalability, and an exceptional user experience, especially for high-traffic scenarios.

Back-End Development:

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure APIs and services using Java, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate. Develop server-side logic for core courier functionalities, including dynamic quote calculation, order processing, and complex business rules, integrating seamlessly with the front-end. Manage database schemas, migrations, and interactions with both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security for critical courier data. Ensure high data integrity, security, and performance for all backend operations and integrations.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, existing operations teams, and other developers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and team meetings, contributing to best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Testing and Debugging:

Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, and others. Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, including integration challenges with existing systems. Monitor and continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.

Technical Skills Required:

Server-side:

Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate

Client-side:

JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, NgRx

Testing Frameworks:

TestNG, JUnit, Jasmine, Karma

Databases:

Proficient with both SQL and NoSQL

Architecture & Methodologies:

Core Java Design Patterns, TDD, Microservices

API Development & Integrations:

RESTful APIs, Payment Gateways, Mapping APIs, SMS/Email Services

Deployment:

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Version Control:

Git

Bonus Skills:

Node.js, GraphQL, experience integrating new applications with legacy/internal systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred) 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Full Stack Development Prior domain experience in courier, delivery, or logistics industry is a major plus
