Senior Full Stack Trainer

Role Summary

The Senior Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced training programs for aspiring and experienced developers. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise across the entire software development stack, including modern front-end frameworks, robust back-end systems, database management, and DevOps practices. The goal is to train developers who can own the entire software lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Technical Training & Mentorship

Full-Stack Delivery: Conduct high-quality, project-based training covering both user interface (Front-end) and server-side logic (Back-end) using industry-leading technology stacks (e.g., MERN/MEAN/Java Spring/Python Django/.NET). Code Quality & Architecture: Instruct on Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM), and best practices for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Version Control & CI/CD: Lead training on advanced Git workflows, branching strategies, and integrating automated testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Security & Performance: Train developers on implementing essential security measures (Authentication, Authorization, Data Encryption) and optimizing application performance across the entire stack.
2. Curriculum Design & Standardization

Curriculum Ownership: Design and update comprehensive training modules, coding challenges, and capstone projects that align with the requirements of top-tier Indian IT and product companies. Technology Scouting: Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the curriculum to ensure trainees are job-ready with the latest industry trends. Evaluation: Develop rigorous assessment methods, including code reviews and technical interviews, to accurately gauge trainee proficiency and readiness for production environments.
3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Mentorship: Provide one-on-one mentorship and technical guidance to junior trainers and high-performing trainees. Collaboration: Work closely with placement teams and business stakeholders to fine-tune training content based on real-time hiring needs and feedback.

Education



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Development Experience



7+ years of verifiable experience

as a

Senior Full Stack Developer

or Technical Lead in a high-growth startup or a reputed MNC/Product company in India.

Training Experience



6-10 years of experience

as a Trainer or Mentor, with a proven ability to teach complex, end-to-end development concepts to large groups of technical learners. Preferred - Certifications in AWS Developer Associate, Microsoft Azure Developer, or Full Stack Web Development (NASSCOM/IBM/Meta) Exposure to integrating AI/ML APIs or Gen AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini Code Assist) in coding training

Front-end Mastery



Expertise

in

JavaScript (ES6+)

and at least one modern front-end framework:

React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Proficient with state management (Redux/Context API) and modern UI libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

Back-end Mastery



Expertise

in at least one major back-end ecosystem:

Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/Flask, or Node.js/Express.js.

Deep understanding of server-side architecture and API development.

Database & DevOps



Strong, practical knowledge of both relational (SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Hands-on experience with

Docker, Git/GitHub, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud-native deployment.

Soft Skills



Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills

to handle diverse learning styles and audience levels. Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
