As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will help design and build internal enterprise systems that optimize operational efficiency and scale across multiple business domains. You will work on a hybrid stack, integrating backend, frontend, and infrastructure components to deliver robust, high-impact solutions. Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will drive end-to-end project execution while exploring innovative approaches, including AI, to enhance productivity. This role offers the opportunity to influence core internal products, improve workflows, and create tools that empower employees and leaders to make informed decisions. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack internal systems supporting People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Budgeting, Roadmapping, and Business Analytics.
• Lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, align on vision, and drive adoption.
• Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code across backend and frontend applications.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve operational efficiency and user workflows.
• Ensure systems are performant, future-proof, and meet high engineering standards.
• Mentor peers and provide guidance on best practices, architecture, and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack systems, including backend, APIs, and frontend applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading large technical projects involving multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proficiency in modern backend and frontend development frameworks, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Experience writing clear, testable, and well-monitored code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across distributed teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools, including AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in building user-focused, high-quality internal tools.
