We are seeking a

Full Stack ServiceNow Developer

with strong expertise in

ITAM (SAM, HAM, SaaS Management)

to build and optimize asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on automating ITAM workflows, improving asset visibility, and driving license compliance and cost optimization.

What you get to do in this role




Full Stack Development

Lead ServiceNow development across frontend and backend components with advanced debugging and optimization.

ITAM / SAM / HAM Engineering



Configure and enhance

SAM Pro, HAM Pro

, and SaaS Management modules. Implement SAM capabilities:

normalization, reconciliation, publisher packs, entitlement models, license metrics

. Support HAM lifecycle:

receiving, stockrooms, assignment, disposal

, and CMDB mapping. Build automation using

Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts

, and Scoped Apps. Maintain data quality and enforce ITAM governance across the platform.

Integrations & Data Ingestion



Build integrations with

Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, GCP

, and endpoint tools (Intune, Jamf, SCCM). Use

REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, MID Server

, and IntegrationHub Spokes for entitlement, usage, and subscription data ingestion. Monitor integration health and ensure clean, accurate data for compliance.

SAM & SaaS Optimization



Manage discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and true-up readiness. Enable SaaS subscription tracking and optimization (usage insights, renewal planning). Build executive dashboards for spend, usage, compliance, and optimization.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement



Partner with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable ITAM solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and platform governance. Drive continuous improvements aligned with ServiceNow releases and ITAM best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:



Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

3-5 years

of ServiceNow development experience, with

2+ years in ITAM/SAM/HAM

. Experience with Git/DevOps and Agile environments. Strong hands-on experience in:

JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,

REST/SOAP integrations

,

HTML, CSS/SCSS, AngularJS/React

Solid understanding of: + Licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, SaaS)
+ HAM lifecycle & CMDB mapping
+ Discovery, normalization, reconciliation

Preferred Certifications



CSA -- Certified System Administrator

CAD -- Certified Application Developer

CIS-SAM -- Implementation Specialist (Software Asset Management)

CIS-HAM -- Implementation Specialist (Hardware Asset Management)
