Selected candidates may continue in parallel with their current role, subject to client approval.?Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Python Developer / Lead who is a strong hands-on individual contributor with experience building AI-enabled, data-driven enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, React, Microsoft Azure, and modern LLM-based architectures.?Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs and RAG-based architectures Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines in Python Implement modern, responsive frontend interfaces using React Work extensively with Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI services Design and implement prompt-driven workflows, embeddings, and vector search Integrate Azure OpenAI models (GPT-4o / GPT-4o-mini, embeddings) into agent-based systems Handle structured and semi-structured enterprise data efficiently Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade solutions Provide technical guidance and follow best practices as a senior contributor?Required Skills (Must-Have)Backend & Frontend Strong experience in Python backend development Hands-on experience with React for frontend developmentCloud & Platform Solid experience with Microsoft Azure Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native applicationsAI / Data Engineering Experience working on AI-enabled or data-driven enterprise platforms Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as: LangGraph LangChain or similar Practical knowledge of: Embeddings Vector databases / vector search Prompt engineering and prompt-driven workflowsLLM Integration Hands-on experience integrating Azure OpenAI services, including: GPT-4o / GPT-4o-mini Embeddings APIs Experience building agent-based AI workflows?Experience Level Senior, hands-on Individual Contributor 6-12 years of relevant experience
