EY-GDS- Supply Chain and Operations (SC&O): Full Stack Developer,Manufacturing, Operational Excellence - Senior Consultant
As part of our EY GDS - SC&O team, you will help clients to improve the performance of their Manufacturing processes. Working with EY GDS-SC&O proprietary frameworks, you will help clients to improve reliability, flexibility and transform the manufacturing landscape whilst reducing the total cost. Typical role representation would include developing operating models, redesigning manufacturing processes, optimizing working capital, performing quick assessment, developing assets/tools and coming up with thought leadership.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Consultant with an expertise in Full Stack Developer to join us in EY GDS-SC&O. This is a fantastic and rapidly growing opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering. Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients' team and we'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.
Objectives of this role
Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth. Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements. Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment. Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design. Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
have minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. * Must have been part of at least 1 end to end implementations experience.

• Strong knowledge on both front-end and back-end development processes, designing, developing, and maintaining fully functioning platforms with databases or servers.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
• Hands on experience in creating Time Charts, Pie Charts, Gauges and meters from REST API call or remote database.
• Hands experience in JavaScript or Javascript framework such as Angular.
• Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Hands on experience in creating Thingworx custom extension using by java or .NET.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Excellent Communications and interpersonal skills.
• Develop and maintain web applications and services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.

• Strong core consulting skills- i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research presentation and including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
• It will be great if having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation.
• Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to and working with onsite teams, clients and senior leaderships.
• Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives

Qualification, Experience, Requirements:

• Academic qualification: BTech/MTech/MBA from IIMC PGPEX VLM, NITIE or Tier I colleges (preferably in Operations Management)
• Work Experience: 6-10 Years of front-end and back-end development processes, designing, developing, and maintaining fully functioning platforms with databases or servers
• The person should be willing to travel outside the country when needed on short- or medium-term assignments 50% of the times.
