Job Description

We are looking for a

Full-Stack Engineer with strong DevOps expertise

to join our team. This hybrid role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications while also managing AWS infrastructure, ensuring security, optimizing costs, and supporting cloud migration projects. You will work closely with developers, care-coordinators, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable

web applications

using modern frameworks. Build

new features

, fix bugs, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver

user-friendly solutions

. Integrate backend services, APIs, and databases for seamless functionality.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps (AWS)

Manage and monitor

AWS infrastructure

(EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.). Implement

security monitoring, updates, and compliance best practices

. Conduct

AWS cost analysis

and propose effective

cost-saving strategies

. Support and execute

AWS migration projects

. Build and improve

CI/CD pipelines

for faster, reliable deployments. Automate infrastructure provisioning using

Terraform/CloudFormation

.

Operations & Support

Proactively monitor applications and infrastructure to detect and resolve issues. Provide

technical support

to users and care-coordinators. Troubleshoot and resolve

infrastructure and application-level incidents

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure

high availability and reliability

.

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience as a

Full-Stack Developer

with exposure to

DevOps/Cloud

. Strong experience in

JavaScript/TypeScript

with

Node.js

and

React/Angular

(or similar). Hands-on expertise with

AWS services

(EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, Lambda, etc.). Knowledge of

databases

(SQL/NoSQL). Familiarity with

containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

and

Infrastructure as Code

(Terraform/CloudFormation). Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps). Experience with

monitoring and logging tools

(Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). Prior exposure to

healthcare/care-coordination platforms
