2. Core Technical Skills (Target Profile)

Backend: Senior-level Python skills (FastAPI or Flask). Strong experience with ORMs (SQLAlchemy) and background task processing (Celery/APScheduler).

Frontend: React with TypeScript. Proficiency in state management (React Query/Zustand) and modern CSS (Tailwind).

Data & Viz: Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/SQL Server). Experience building data-heavy dashboards using Chart.js, D3.js, or similar.

Integrations: Proven ability to work with REST APIs and Enterprise Service Buses. Experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.

3. Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Delivery: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end features (Database ? API ? UI).

System Integration: Create reliable pipelines between business software (ERPs) and operational hardware (SCADA/PLC).

Real-Time Analytics: Build dashboards that process and visualize high-velocity production data and KPIs.

Performance Tuning: Optimize database queries and frontend rendering for low-latency reporting.

4. Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 5+ years in professional software development.

Communication: Fluent in English (Verbal & Written). Must be able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in daily stand-ups and documentation.

Domain: Background in Manufacturing, Industrial IoT, Logistics, or FinTech (any role involving complex data integrations).

Problem Solver: Able to debug issues across the entire stack, from a broken API call to a database bottleneck.

Ownership: Comfortable working independently and taking a feature from concept to a production-ready tool.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
