Full Stack Developer

to lead the development and integration of highly scalable web applications, working across Python-based backend systems and modern JavaScript frontend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement full-stack solutions using

Python (Django/FastAPI)

and

React/Vue.js

. Design and integrate

RESTful

or

GraphQL APIs

and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend. Translate business needs into scalable architecture and modular code. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products. Build and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL data models and query performance. Manage third-party integrations (APIs, webhooks, OAuth, payment gateways, cloud storage, etc.). Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers. Monitor performance, debug production issues, and ensure high system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience. Expertise in

Python

(Django or FastAPI preferred). Deep knowledge of

React.js and/or Vue.js

. Solid experience integrating frontend & backend using

REST APIs

or

GraphQL

. Strong understanding of

HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with

relational databases

(PostgreSQL, MySQL) and

ORMs

(SQLAlchemy, Django ORM). Familiarity with

Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud deployments

(AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of

authentication, security best practices

, and API rate limits. Excellent communication skills in English; able to work independently and remotely. Must be able to

overlap at least 4 hours with US business hours

(EST or PST).

Nice to Have:

Experience with ESG, reporting tools, or data visualization (e.g., Plotly, D3.js, Recharts). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, Notion. Prior work in B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines.
