Job role and responsibilities We\'re seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about creating beautiful user experiences to join our founding team. As one of the earliest members of a fast-growing team, you\'ll have an opportunity to help build, and ship features directly used by thousands of users. Success in this role will naturally lead to rapid progression and leadership opportunities. You will report directly to the CTO. - Build products and features, end-to-end - Designing new user interfaces, taking features from idea to mockup to fully-fledged product - Writing clean, testable, scalable, efficient, and well-documented code in an agile environment - Contributing to product road mapping alongside the founding team and prioritising features according to customer needs - Contributing to the design system that Supademo uses to develop a consistent look and feel for our products Cultural Expectations - You have 5+ experience in full stack engineering roles - You are proficient in React, Next.js and Node.js, with a strong understanding of state management. - You have an eye for thoughtful design and enjoy building complex functional web components - You have made contributions to full-stack engineering projects, preferably having started from scratch and worked through all phases of product development - You have strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bonus Points - You are proficient in server-side code and the design of web applications (e.g., APIs, microservices, etc.) - Experience building Chrome extensions - You have experience or interest in AI and enterprise SaaS Reasons to Join Supademo - Work directly with the founders and be a core player in shaping our mission, vision, and product roadmap - Enjoy end-to-end ownership, where you\'ll be tasked with broad responsibilities, fostering your professional growth. - Ability to work from anywhere with a flexible schedule - Learn and grow in a flat organisational structure - collaborate in an open environment that encourages learning, challenge, and exploration. - If you\'re ready to be a pioneer in changing how products are communicated, we want to hear from you.
