Roles & Responsibilities We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is driven, possesses relevant experience in the field, and shares our passion for the film, media & gaming industry. The Frontend Developer will be responsible for the design and development of the user interface of our platform, implementation of new features and ensuring that our users are addicted to using PentoPix in their storytelling. This is a front-end-oriented position, but we want you to be comfortable with at least basic back end concepts, so the ability to work both on frontand back-end of our application is important. Our technical stack is: Python, React, node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust web applications using React.js and Next.js for the front end Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Work with product managers and UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support various functionalities of the application Ensure the responsiveness, performance, and scalability of applications Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated deployment processes Utilize AWS services, including EC2 and API Gateway, to deploy and manage applications What\'s in it for you: Become a frontend master as part of our amazing Frontend Engineering team Improve your skills and learn from top-notch engineers Tackle tough problems and find creative ways to solve them Push your code to build the future of movie-making Work on cutting-edge technologies and become an industry leader In short: This is an awesome opportunity for someone who has been a developer on a full-stack application for 2 or more years. Team get-togethers, dinners, parties, you name it. Project Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, ES6. In-depth knowledge of REST API design and implementation. Experience with AWS services, including EC2 and API Gateway. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools. Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must Have Skills: Familiarity with other front-end frameworks/libraries Next.js. Knowledge of serverless computing using AWS Lambda. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
