Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture

Translate business requirements into clear, scalable system blueprints, including workflows, data models, APIs, and integration designs. Own the technical design and architecture of all client and internal projects, ensuring solutions are modular, secure, and performant. Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and documentation practices. Conduct and approve technical design documents and code reviews to maintain quality and consistency. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to mid-level and junior developers, building technical maturity within the team. Identify and mitigate technical risks (e.g., performance bottlenecks, integration failures, security gaps) early in the design phase.
Full Stack Development

Frontend (ReactJS + TailwindCSS): Develop modern, responsive UIs with ReactJS, Redux/React Query. Implement API-driven frontends, form handling, validation, and dynamic state management. Optimize for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility. Backend (Laravel + PHP): Build and maintain secure APIs with Laravel. Implement authentication/authorization, queues, background jobs, and caching strategies using Redis. Debug, refactor, and optimize existing codebases for scalability. Database & Integrations: Design and optimize schemas in MySQL/PostgreSQL. Build REST APIs and webhook handlers for third-party system integrations, ensuring secure token handling and data transfer. App & API Development: Develop internal dashboards, client-facing portals, and web applications. Document and test APIs using Postman/Swagger.
Development & Customization

Build and maintain custom apps, widgets, and automation scripts for both Cloud and On-Premise environments. Customize CRM workflows, pipelines, and entity management to meet client-specific needs. Handle On-Premise PHP customizations, including module-level changes and updates. Collaborate with DevOps for on-premise deployments, patches, and server-level fixes.
