About the Role:

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable

backend systems and APIs

to support fintech applications. Handle

full stack implementation

(both frontend & backend) and ensure smooth integration. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of backend services. Implement data storage solutions using

MongoDB

and other databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance product functionality. Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or end-users, providing timely resolutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3-5 years of experience

in

Full Stack / Backend Development

(Fintech experience preferred). Strong proficiency in:

Node.js & Express.js

(backend services & RESTful APIs)

MongoDB

(schema design, optimization, queries)

React.js / Next.js

(frontend integration & implementation) Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (

Docker, Kubernetes

). Solid understanding of

security best practices

(authentication, authorization, encryption). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
