Role Overview

We need a Full Stack Developer who thrives on building meaningful technology. Someone who can connect front-end experiences with solid back-end logic, while keeping an eye on scalability, speed, and impact. You'll help us bring climate-tech platforms to life--tools that EPCs, customers, and communities will actually rely on.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain end-to-end applications that serve a wide ecosystem of users. Architect secure, scalable APIs and databases that power sustainable workflows. Collaborate with product leads to convert raw ideas into running software. Contribute to UX flows that make complex systems simple to use. Continuously optimize for performance, efficiency, and future growth. Stay ahead of trends in web, cloud, and AI technologies.
Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). Experience with databases (SQL + NoSQL) and building scalable architectures. Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on with Git, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes. Ability to own a feature from whiteboard to production.
Bonus Points

Past work in ERP, climate tech, or automation. Experience integrating AI/ML features. A "systems thinker" mindset who understands how software influences real-world energy use.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
