Position Overview:

We are seeking a

highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development to join our team in

Coimbatore

. You will be responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining

ERP, HCM, and CRM

systems.

This role demands proficiency in modern frameworks and languages used in enterprise-level applications, as well as a deep understanding of

business logic

,

systems integration

, and

scalable architecture

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using

Next.js (React)

for the frontend and

Nest.js (Node.js)

for the backend. Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces that support complex business workflows. Develop scalable, secure back-end logic and

RESTful APIs

, including

database design

and integration. Ensure application

performance optimization

,

cross-platform compatibility

, and

mobile responsiveness

. Implement

authentication, authorization

, and

role-based access controls

. Collaborate with

UI/UX designers

,

backend engineers

, and

product managers

for efficient delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full development stack. Maintain clean, well-documented,

version-controlled code

using Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

,

DevOps tools

, and

containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in integrating

third-party APIs and services

. Familiarity with secure coding practices and performance tuning.
