We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Developer - Team Leader to join our team at Greeta Tech Park, Perungudi. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, solid technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to lead a team of developers and drive projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of software developers.

Oversee project planning, development, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Participate in architectural and design decisions.

Technical Requirements:

Backend: Python (Django Framework)

Frontend: React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL

Stack: MERN Stack experience is a plus

Additional Skills:

Networking and DevOps knowledge

Experience in cloud hosting and deployment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in software development (Freshers need not apply).

Proven experience in team handling and project leadership.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
