About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

React

to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. As a senior developer, you will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the best practices in coding and development are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using

React

(front-end) and modern backend technologies (Node.js/Express, etc.). Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team. Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong expertise in

React.js, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture

. Solid backend development experience in

Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks

. Proficiency in working with

databases

(SQL and NoSQL like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Good understanding of

RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture

. Experience with version control tools (Git/GitHub/GitLab). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with

TypeScript

. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong leadership and mentoring ability.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
