Your Role

• Design & Develop APIs: Create and maintain scalable APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build User Interfaces: Develop responsive UIs with React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize solutions.
• Optimize Systems: Enhance front-end and back-end systems for performance and scalability.
• Lead & Review Code: Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot & Debug: Identify and resolve issues to maintain optimal application performance.
• Database Management: Design and implement database architectures, ensuring efficient data handling.
• Implement Caching Solutions: Utilize technologies like Redis or Memcached to boost system performance.
• Ensure Technical Feasibility: Validate UI/UX designs for technical feasibility and performance.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5 - 8+ years in full-stack development with proven results.
• Expertise: Strong skills in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Next.js.
• API Design: Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Database Proficiency: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Caching Solutions: Familiarity with caching technologies like Redis or Memcached.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle challenges effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
