Senior Full-Stack Developer

to join the remote team and contribute to full-cycle development of client projects and internal products.

- Role Summary

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Ergosphere, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, operations), translate client requirements into technical solutions, and ensure delivery of scalable, efficient, and maintainable software. You'll also play a role in maintaining code quality, establishing best practices, and continuously improving development workflows.

- Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software applications -- both backend and frontend -- ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- including product managers, designers, QA, and potentially clients -- to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and bugs as they arise; ensure robustness and reliability of delivered applications. Participate in code reviews, help enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers when needed. Continuously evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies or tools to improve development efficiency, application performance, and scalability. Ensure good version-control discipline (e.g. using Git), and collaborate with team members efficiently. Participate in meetings with clients (when required), understand their requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and contribute to project planning, estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

At least

3 year

of professional experience in full-stack software development. Strong proficiency with

Python + Django

(or similar backend framework) and

Django REST Framework

for building backend services/APIs. Solid frontend skills:

React.js

JavaScript

,

HTML

,

CSS

(and relevant modern JS ecosystem) to build responsive, dynamic user interfaces. Experience with relational databases -- e.g.

PostgreSQL

or

MS SQL Server

-- and ability to design efficient database schemas and database-driven applications. Familiarity with building and consuming

REST APIs

(or similar web services) and integrating frontend + backend. Comfortable working in a remote / distributed environment, collaborating asynchronously and using version control, code reviews, CI/CD as needed. Strong problem-solving, analytical mindset, good communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Bonus / Preferred

Experience with orchestration / automation / workflow platforms (e.g. Zapier, Monday, Temporal) is a plus. Exposure to cloud services (AWS or similar), CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern deployment practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced/startup-style environments.
