About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Full Stack Developer

with deep expertise in

React.js

and strong backend development experience in

Golang

. This role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-driven, and capable of owning features end-to-end--from frontend experience to backend services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using

React.js

and

Golang

Architect scalable frontend and backend solutions aligned with business requirements Build secure, high-performance APIs and microservices in

Golang

Lead technical design discussions and code reviews Mentor junior and mid-level developers Collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA teams Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term solutions

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years of overall software development experience Strong expertise in

React.js

, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS Solid backend development experience using

Golang

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system design Experience with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB) Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices Proficiency with

Git

and collaborative development workflows Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with

microservices architecture

Exposure to

Docker, Kubernetes

, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) Experience with CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability Prior experience in product-based or startup environments

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
