Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in PHP Laravel

to lead development projects and manage a small team of junior developers. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills. The developer will work on both

new projects

as well as

existing client projects

, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage new and existing web development projects. Mentor, train, and guide junior developers. Collaborate with front-end designers and other team members. Write clean, scalable, and secure code using Laravel and other modern frameworks. Manage version control using

GitHub/GitLab

. Handle

SSH commands

for server management and deployment. Optimize application for maximum performance, scalability, and security. Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems. Stay updated with latest technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

Backend:

PHP, Laravel (advanced expertise).

Frontend:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Vue.js/React (preferred).

Database:

MySQL, MariaDB (knowledge of query optimization).

Tools:

GitHub/GitLab, SSH, Composer, npm, REST APIs.

Other Skills:

MVC architecture, third-party API integration, authentication systems. Deployment and server management (Linux environment). Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Minimum

2+ years of professional experience

in Laravel and full stack development. Proven track record of delivering successful projects. Experience in leading/mentoring junior developers is an added advantage.

Salary

?25,000 - ?45,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
