Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (PERN / MERN)


Experience: 4-7 Years


Location (Preferred): Jodhpur / Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript /


TypeScript and hands-on experience across modern frontend and backend technologies.


The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable, high-performance web


applications and collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities:



Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React.js. Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js. Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and

performance.Build, consume, and document RESTful APIs (GraphQL exposure is a plus).
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, branching strategies, and release processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes


Required Technical Skills:

Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript. Expertise in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux

/ Zustand preferred).
Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js. Hands-on experience with either:

o PostgreSQL (PERN stack)


o MongoDB (MERN stack)
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design principles. Experience in building and consuming REST APIs. Basic knowledge of GraphQL is a plus. Familiarity with ORMs/ODMs such as Sequelize, Prisma, or Mongoose. Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and code review practices. Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS).

Nice to Have

Experience working with Next.js. Exposure to microservices architecture. Knowledge of message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience building or maintaining high-scale or multi-tenant systems.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to take ownership and work independently. Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
