We need a

senior

who can own projects end-to-end, manage people, and deliver without hand-holding.

What You'll Do

Build, scale, and maintain

production-grade applications

using the

MERN stack

. Design and manage databases using

PostgreSQL

(schema design, performance tuning, real-world usage). Take

complete ownership of projects

: planning, execution, delivery. Manage and guide a small dev team: task breakdown, code reviews, deadlines. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and translate requirements into working systems. Fix problems instead of creating excuses.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

4+ years of real-world Full Stack experience

(not internships, not tutorials). Strong command over

MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js

. Solid experience with

PostgreSQL

(queries, joins, indexing, migrations). Proven experience in

project management

(timelines, prioritization, accountability). Ability to lead a team and still write clean, efficient code. Good communication skills. If you can't explain your decisions, you're not senior.
Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Knowledge of system design and scalability. Prior experience working with startups or fast-paced teams.
