About the Role

We are seeking a talented

Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

, along with experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers. You will be responsible for end-to-end development, from designing architecture to deploying high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

. Design and implement

RESTful APIs and GraphQL services

. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Work on

database design, queries, and performance tuning

. Participate in

code reviews

, provide constructive feedback, and ensure coding standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovations to the team. Mentor and guide junior developers when needed.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a

Full Stack Developer

, with strong MERN expertise. Proficiency in

React.js

(hooks, state management with Redux/Context API). Strong backend experience with

Node.js & Express.js

. Hands-on with

MongoDB

(schema design, aggregation, optimization). Solid understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript

. Experience with

REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets

. Proficiency in

version control systems (Git)

. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Good understanding of

CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with

Next.js or React Native

. Knowledge of

Microservices architecture

. Familiarity with

testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)

. Exposure to

Agile methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
