About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full stack developer to guide a team of developers and drive end-to-end delivery of high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will excel in Next.js, JavaScript, and AWS, with a strong understanding of backend systems, asynchronous processing, and modern cloud-native architectures. You will manage the team's sprints and progress via JIRA, ensuring timely, scalable, and secure software releases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a development team to deliver quality, maintainable code across multiple projects. Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and task tracking using JIRA. Architect, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using Next.js, React.js, and JavaScript (ES6+). Integrate backend microservices and asynchronous task systems (e.g., Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ). Design and optimize database structures (SQL and NoSQL) for performance and scalability. Utilize AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, and others. Implement CI/CD pipelines, code versioning, and automated deployments. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align on technical goals and delivery timelines. Enforce best practices in security, performance, and software design.

Required Skills & Competencies

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on Next.js, JavaScript, and AWS. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Strong command of Next.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript. Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and their integration in scalable solutions. Experience with message queues, task orchestration, and background processing (Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ). Proficiency with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases. Excellent knowledge of REST APIs, microservice design, and deployment automation. Experience managing development lifecycles using JIRA or similar project management tools. Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes environments is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
