What We Are Looking For

End-to-End Full-Stack Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience in

Node.js backend and React frontend

development.

Project Ownership:

Capable of taking complete ownership of

architecture, coding, testing, and deployment

of complex applications.

Integration & Scalability:

Experience in building

scalable, performant, and secure web applications

with database and API integrations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively with product, design, and QA teams to deliver timely solutions.

Cloud & DevOps Awareness:

Comfortable managing cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

full-stack web applications

using Node.js and React. Implement

frontend UI/UX

and robust

backend services

, ensuring smooth integration. Define and implement

application architecture, deployment pipelines, and database integration

. Develop, optimize, and maintain APIs (RESTful and GraphQL) for efficient data flow. Deploy and manage applications on

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

with focus on scalability and security. Apply

best practices

for code quality, testing, security, and DevOps processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions

on time.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of proven experience in

full-stack development

with

Node.js and React

. Strong

backend skills

with Node.js, Express.js, and API design. Expertise in

frontend technologies

: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Vue.js/Angular. Experience with

databases

: MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase. Familiarity with

desktop/web hybrid apps

using Electron or Capacitor is a plus. Hands-on experience with

cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines

(AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills with ability to

work independently on projects
