Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Developer

to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end, back-end, and database systems. This role requires leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and expertise in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:1. Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end components. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for smooth communication between systems. Implement security, authentication, and authorization best practices.

2. Architecture & Design

Design system architecture and contribute to technical decision-making. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.

3. Front-End Development

Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. Work with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) for building front-end features. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

4. Back-End Development

Develop and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs. Use frameworks like Node.js, Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, or .NET. Optimize queries and database structures for performance and scalability.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

Mentor junior developers and lead small development teams. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver features. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

6. DevOps & Deployment

Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments. Collaborate with DevOps teams for cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP). Monitor and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:

Programming Languages:

JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP (depending on tech stack).

Front-End:

React, Angular, or Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap.

Back-End:

Node.js, Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, or .NET Core.

Databases:

SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

Version Control:

Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

Cloud & DevOps:

Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure services.

Testing:

Unit testing, integration testing (Jest, Mocha, Selenium, Cypress).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Time management and prioritization skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
