Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer Domain: Cryptocurrency Exchange / Financial Services Role: Lead end-to-end development of core trading, market data, and account-related features for our crypto exchange platform.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating mission-critical services that power order execution, account management, and real-time data delivery.

2. Required Qualifications

1) Experience

7+ years of professional web application development experience At least 3+ years in full-stack or backend-focused roles
2) Backend

3+ years of hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot Solid experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs Strong experience with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), including schema design and query optimization Experience with ORM frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate
3) Frontend

2+ years of experience with React.js in production environments Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG) is a strong plus (React experience is required in any case) Good understanding of SPA architecture and responsive web design
4) Architecture & Operations

Proficient with Git-based version control workflows Development and basic operations experience in Linux environments Practical experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
5) End-to-End Ownership

Capable of owning the full development lifecycle:
requirements analysis ? system design ? implementation ? testing ? deployment

Strong focus on code quality: testing, refactoring, and active participation in code reviews

3. Preferred Qualifications

1) Domain / Industry Experience

Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, securities trading, derivatives, FX, P2P finance, or other financial services Hands-on experience building:
o Real-time order/transaction systems

o Market data / price feed handling

o Trade history and account management features

Exposure to AML, KYC, compliance and integration with related systems
2) Technical Excellence

Experience designing high-performance, highly available systems
(distributed systems, caching, message queues, etc.)

Experience with microservices architecture (MSA) Experience using TypeScript in front-end projects Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time data streaming Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipeline setup
3) Leadership & Communication

Experience leading or mentoring a development team (2-5+ engineers) Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Operations Experience establishing code review culture and improving development processes Clear and proactive communication, with ability to align technical decisions with business goals

Pay: ?1,600,000.00 - ?3,000,000.00 per year
