About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced

Senior Full Stack Developer

who's confident in building, scaling, and optimizing web applications using

Next.js

and

Nest.js

. You'll play a key role in architecting solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring technical excellence across projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves solving complex technical challenges end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, and maintain scalable web applications using

Next.js

(frontend) and

Nest.js

(backend). Lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and ensure code quality and performance standards. Build reusable components, libraries, and APIs to streamline development across projects. Integrate with third-party APIs, databases, and internal systems with a focus on reliability and security. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into functional products. Conduct code reviews, guide junior developers, and uphold best practices in development and deployment. Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for speed, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of full-stack development experience. Strong proficiency in

JavaScript

,

TypeScript

,

HTML

,

CSS

, and

Node.js

. Deep expertise in

Next.js

and

Nest.js

, including SSR, SSG, and API integration. Solid understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL). Hands-on experience with

Git

, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or similar). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture and scalable system design. Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization best practices. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools. Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams.
